Booking and contact information

We use information you submit, including contact details, service address, property photos and job instructions, to prepare quotes, provide services and respond to you. Payment information is handled by Stripe. Authorized staff and assigned service providers access information needed for their work.

Advertising measurement and retargeting

Google and Meta advertising tracking is not currently enabled. When connected, it may share pages visited, cookies and device identifiers, IP address and browser information with Google and Meta for advertising measurement and personalized ads, including showing ads to visitors who have not booked. We do not send your form text, property photos or contact details for customer matching.

Visitors in regions requiring consent, or whose location cannot be resolved, are asked to accept or reject before advertising tracking. Elsewhere, permitted ordinary tracking may run without a banner, subject to refusals and applicable opt-outs. Canada is treated as a consent region because the location check cannot distinguish Quebec.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reject or withdraw advertising permission. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Your browser stores a visitor reference, choice, timestamp, country and the notice version/text, retaining previous acceptance when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Withdrawal stops future permitted reporting; it does not recall data already shared.
