4. Pay by credit card through secure checkout and receive an emailed confirmation and receipt.

- Do you serve commercial properties? Yes — plowing, salting, seal coating, striping and maintenance for commercial sites across Monroe County.
- How fast can you schedule? Booking is online and Gold Star Members are routed first.
- Is pricing final? Prices shown are based on the property details given; if the size is inaccurate the crew calls or texts a price adjustment on site.
- How do rewards work? Every $100 spent earns 1 reward point, and 1 point is worth $1 toward future services.
- Can I cancel? Yes — the original amount is held as prepaid credit for a future booking, and a separate $25 cancellation fee applies.
